From the organizers:
Celebrating SafeBar Alliance. Local Art. Local Fashion. Come and support a great cause while drinking, buying art, listening to music, watching a fashion show, and bring awareness to the SafeBar Alliance and sexual assault services!

All admission will go to GaDuGi SafeCenter, the rape crisis center here in Lawrence. (www.gadugisafecenter.org and check out the fan page for SafeBar Alliance to learn more). Budget cuts are always on the horizon and they need all the help they can get, so please come!

Doors Open at 6pm. Fashion Show is around 7pm featuring DJ Unknown Souldier, and MC Secily Rees. Performance by the band Dean Monkey and the Drop-Outs. Also, LOLA Craft Show, 10% of LOLA’s sales will be donated to Gadugi Safecenter.

Featuring local designers, stylists, and stores including Zeke Westerman, Wildman Vintage, Katrina Weiss, Chrissy Spencer, Betsy Hatch, Vintage Van, SSL, Vintage Dress, Plato’s Closet, and more! So Come, dance, drink, and help out on a great cause! Admission is $5.00, 18+ to enter.

be seen! presents: Rock the Runway! 2nd annual Downtown Benefit Fashion Show for Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence Join us at the Granada to raise money for kids in our community all while enjoying great music, snacks, drinks and prizes. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $7. Additional donations can be made at the show. All Ages.
