Ukrainian artist (and winner of the nation’s “You’ve Got Talent’) Kseniya Simonova creates fluid sand animations with a giant light box, some dramatic music and a lot of imagination. This particular animation is an interpretation of the Nazi invasion and subsequent occupation of Ukraine from 1941-1945 while it was still part of the Soviet Union.
