"Endless Colony" is a solo exhibition of new drawings by artist and University of Kansas professor Michael Krueger at the Steven Zevitas Gallery in Boston, MA.

"Krueger’s narratives engage topics of art history, hippie culture, contemporary politics, and the mythology of the West, all of which are combined into layered images that tell multiple histories at once and lend new meaning to our social understanding of the past. These works are often humorous as well as complex symbolic metaphors that include recognizable figures, others lost to history, and contemporary objects in a single picture plane," (Steven Zevitas Gallery).

"Endless Colony" opened Thursday, September 3 and continues through October 17. The artist will be present at an opening reception this Friday, September 11 from 5:30-7:30pm.
